S'mores in the Classroom
How do you make s'mores in the classroom when you can't have a real fire? You get puffed marshmallows, chocolate chips and graham crackers. Yum! Once again this was a success with the kids.
Camping Week
The kids had a blast in the tents and in front of the fire. I love ending the year this way!
Ice Cream Day
Making ice cream was so much fun! A little cream, sugar and vanilla. Shake shake shake in a bag and put it in a bag of ice and rock salt. Then you have some yummy ice cream. The kids loved it.
Grilled Cheese Sandwiches
Yum! As a special treat, I made grilled cheese sandwiches for the kids. They loved them and wanted seconds (which I did not have...).

Oregon Coast Aquarium Assembly
We are so lucky that the aquarium came out before we studied our ocean unit. The kids loved the presentation.
